He consistently dedicates time to reading, researching, and developing sound financial strategies for himself. His disciplined approach to budgeting, saving, and exploring income-generating opportunities demonstrates a forward-thinking mindset and a deep sense of responsibility.
What sets Kenne apart is his natural enthusiasm for sharing knowledge. I’m always inspired by our conversations—his ideas are thoughtful, well-researched, and genuinely motivating. His curiosity and drive to learn more are truly remarkable.

Dear High School Administrator,
This letter is an introduction and referral for Kenne Smith, whom I have known for several years.
Kenne met and committed to my dearest friend, Linda Moon, whose friendship dates to 1996.
We professionally work together on the PET (Pet Endowment Trust) as well as travel together as couples.
After graduating high school, Kenne became homeless and upset with himself. He stated that
“I’m not going to be broke.” And “I’m going to get an education.”
And with that new mindset, Kenne became well read, and studied financial matters and real estate. Over the years he had put into practice how to build residual income through fixer-upper properties to be rented or purchased.
Kenne genuinely cares about his people, his companies. I find him reliable and trustworthy.
I believe Kenne Smith is a great fit fo speaking to High School youth about financial concerns, planning and literacy. He can bring a real-life example of how to spring yourself from empty pockets to a dream life.
Book Kenne Smith for a presentation and give your students a solid start to independence.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
