Linda Moon is a dynamic leader whose career spans corporate wellness, nonprofit innovation, real estate investment, and the arts. With a legacy of excellence and a heart for service, she brings a rare blend of strategic insight, creative energy, and deep compassion to every endeavor.
Linda’s professional journey began in corporate America, where she spent years designing and leading wellness programs that made a measurable difference in people’s lives. She retired from Texas Instruments as the Manager of Wellness and Work Life, where her nationally recognized programs earned her invitations to speak at conferences across the country. Her expertise in program development, vendor management, and strategic communications helped shape the future of workplace wellness.
Today, Linda is the Chief Operating Officer of the Pet Endowment Trust (PET), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit she co-founded with her life partner, Kenne Smith. PET addresses a critical but often overlooked issue: ensuring pets are cared for when their owners no longer can. Linda uses her full range of skills—communications, operations, public speaking, and strategic planning—to build partnerships with veterinary associations, bar associations, and animal welfare groups across the U.S. PET is not your typical animal charity—it’s a forward-thinking solution to a growing problem, and Linda is at the heart of its mission.
In 2019, Linda also became a real estate investor, co-founding Better Days Realty, LLC with Kenne. Together, they transform distressed properties into homes filled with hope, offering creative paths to homeownership for families in need.
Linda is also a proud co-founder of Student Millionaires™, a platform designed to equip young people with the financial knowledge, entrepreneurial mindset, and life skills they need to build a prosperous future. Her optimistic outlook and belief in the potential of every student fuel her commitment to helping the next generation rise above their circumstances and thrive.
Beyond her professional achievements, Linda is a professional pianist and vocalist, performing at private and corporate events and sharing the joy of music with others. She’s also a lifelong dog lover, passionate about animal welfare, and an avid gardener and traveler.
Whether she’s leading a nonprofit, mentoring young entrepreneurs, or performing music, Linda brings integrity, warmth, and a deep sense of purpose to everything she does. She believes that with the right tools and support, anyone—no matter their background—can create a life of meaning, success, and joy.
